CRL_FORMAT - Universal Certificate configuration option
Description
The CRL_FORMAT option specifies the format of the CRL file specified by the CRL_FILE option.

Values
format is the format of the CRL file.
Valid values for format are:
- pem
PEM-formatted file - der
A DER-formatted file
Default is pem.
