Scheduled Transfers Dashboard

When UDMG executes a Scheduled Transfer, a corresponding Record is created in the UDMG Database to track the Scheduled Transfer status and related metadata.

You can monitor Scheduled Transfers from the Scheduled Transfers Dashboard in the UDMG Admin UI.

Viewing the Scheduled Transfers Dashboard

To view the Scheduled Transfers Dashboard, click Monitoring > Scheduled Transfers from the Sidebar. The dashboard displays a table of Scheduled Transfer Records.

The Scheduled Transfers table automatically refreshes every 10 seconds. To manually update the table, use Refresh in the top-right corner. Use the rows selector above the table to control how many Scheduled Transfers are displayed per page.

You can customize your view of the Scheduled Transfers table by adjusting rows per page with the rows selector, toggling columns with the Columns button, and narrowing results with the Searching feature.

The Scheduled Transfers list is sorted by ID in descending order and cannot be changed.

Rows and Pagination

Use the rows selector above the table to control how many records are displayed per page. The default is 100 rows. The following options are available:

  • 50 rows
  • 100 rows
  • 500 rows
  • 1000 rows
  • 5000 rows
warning

Selecting more than 1,000 rows per page may impact performance on slower hardware. Use a smaller page size if the table is slow to load.

When the table contains more records than the selected page size, use the navigation controls at the bottom of the table to move between pages:

Navigates to the previous page of results.
Navigates to the next page of results.
Navigates to the last page of results.

The footer also shows the total number of records returned and the timestamp of the most recent data fetch.

Searching

You can further filter Scheduled Transfer Records by using the free text functionality of the Search bar. When you type plain text in the search bar, it searches for matching values across all columns, including hidden ones.

The Search only applies to Records that are currently in the table (across all pages). For example, if 1,000 Scheduled Transfer Records have been returned, then the Search bar searches these 1,000 Records.

You can also search using a column key and value pair. To search, prefix your search value with [Column Key]::. For example, searching status::completed returns only Scheduled Transfers whose Status is Completed.
