UDMG Transfer

The UDMG Transfer integration enables Universal Controller to trigger and monitor UDMG file transfer pipelines directly from task instances. It supports initiating transfers and dry-runs, propagating task cancellations to UDMG, and returning transfer metadata as extension output.
